Public Library Hours

askON is open 43 hours per week for the public. Chat live with askON staff in public libraries Monday through Sunday - service time varies, please check the schedule for the latest hours.

Holiday Hours:
Closed from December 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29. 30, 31, and January 1.

askON will be closed on regular holidays, Sundays of long weekends, and when public libraries are normally closed. Service hours may change without notice.

Academic Library Hours

askON is open 62 hours per week for post-secondary school students. Chat live with askON staff in college libraries Monday through Friday, from 12pm-4pm, in the Summer.

askON will be closed on regular holidays, when post-secondary libraries are closed and for the month of August. Post-secondary hours will be scaled back after April 21. Service hours may change without notice.
