System Requirements

• Internet Explorer 5.5 through 7.0 or
• Firefox 1.0.7 through 3.0 or
• Netscape 4.7, 7.2, 8.1
• Microsoft Windows (2000 or XP)
• connection to the Internet (the faster the connection the better the experience).

Other browsers may work successfully, but are not supported. You should have session cookies enabled in your browser.

For Apple Mac users:

• Internet Explorer 5.1, 5.2 or
• Firefox 1.0.7 or
• Netscape 4.7 or
• Safari 1.0 v85 through 3.0
• connection to the Internet (the faster the connection the better the experience)

Safari 3.0 for Windows is not supported. Whilst other browsers may generally work, they are not supported and you may experience some anomalies. You should have cookies enabled in your browser.

Firewalls

If you have a firewall enabled, you may not be able to see chat from the askON staff after you connect. If you continue to experience a problem with your firewall, please exit the service, and disable the firewall before you re-connect to the live chat. Remember to re-enable your firewall after the session is over.
